A nice park, I think I've only been here once to watch an outdoor play that was held here. There's some parking along the streets (it's not too far from the stage for the plays), and in front of the recreation center. If you live in the area, it looks like a nice park for a stroll. I saw a lot of dogs.

One of my favorite places in Columbus was the Scioto Mile. The park offers beautiful views of the river, the downtown skyline, and unique public art. I was especially impressed by β€œThe Rower,” a sculpture designed to capture the balance, precision, and importance of maintaining the center of gravityβ€”an essential principle in rowing and in life itself. The artwork blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape and creates a peaceful atmosphere along the waterfront. Nearby, German Village adds even more charm with its historic brick streets, elegant architecture, local businesses, and excellent German restaurants. Together, these areas showcase the beauty, history, and character of Columbus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

Park was super peaceful, had baby fuzzy Canadian geese. Lots of shade with massive trees. Also we were here in the beginning of June and the trees had an amazing fragrance to them. Couple of family members were also fishing at the pond, apparently they stock it with trout.

Schiller Park is a very nice place located in the German Village area. This park is one of the oldest in the city and, in addition to its beauty and well-kept grounds, it also stands out for The Umbrella Girl Fountain, a fontain and sculture really nice.

We were visiting Columbus from Oklahoma and I found that there was a historic German Village, so we had to give it a look! The park and surrounding homes are STUNNING! My daughter now is dreaming of moving there someday! It was that pretty!
